Ayo had the same sullen look on his face from the start of recouping till the end. His reaction did not change at any point. He clearly was not happy about being picked because it put Miami at risk. I think his body language was apologetic even when Mimi headed for the date with Omar. Uma too was relieved that Mimi was not dumped.
I think people are mistaking Mimi's calm demeanor for a door mat... we all saw her say once she gets the ick that's that and Ayo has done nothing but be an ick and he's allowed to know other girls but he was disrespectful about it and would do it again given half the chance.
I want her to have her journey as far away as possible from Ayo while he's enjoying all his courses.... that girl will leave him as he's not her type but that shouldn't be Mimi's problem.

Erm.....Ayo was not smiling at all when he got picked. That's why Umah said sorry. His face remained sullen the whole way through. I don't know why they are acting like his face changed when Omar came. It remained the same. In fact it was probably editing because it was the same as when he got picked. Why do people make things up ?

I think Ayo dug himself a hole when getting to know Uma. He realised maybe Mimi is better suited a bit too late. That’s why when Uma picked him his face remained quite sullen because that means Mimi could possibly be dumped and that’s not the outcome he wants. You can’t have your cake and eat it too
